It's important that you choose the right type of pasta that will make, not break your recipe. You wouldn't use Cappellini, also known as Angel Hair pasta, with big chunks of sausage and broccoli rabe any more then you would want Orzo with a light White wine sauce. For the most part though using different types of pasta are fun and creative and make your Italian food recipe look extraordinary.
Here in the next few pages you will get to see pictures of all kinds of pasta from Stuffed Pasta to Pastina. From alphabet pasta to Ziti. It's a work in progress as I eat my way through different types of pasta all for the sake of my readers. It's a tough job but somebody has to do it.
