Add 4 large cloves of garlic to 2 table spoons of oil in to large pot brown but do not burn.

Then add 1 can of crushed tomatoes and 1 can on tomato puree and 1 small can of tomato paste. Mix in 5 small cans of water. Now add 1/4 cup of sugar and salt and pepper to your taste but the sugar is what makes it sweet.

I only add a little basil and parsley and I never add oregano because I do not like the taste to be too strong.

Sauté the oil and garlic add the rest of the ingredients and add a stick of butter.

If your sauce is dark its over cooked. Orange is the color for good sauce. Make your meatballs and I always put pepperoni in my sauce but if you add pepperoni boil all the fat out of it first also the longer you boil the meatball the softer they are.
