Take a bowl of vine ripened tomatoes and a large pot filled 2 inches with water.
Cut a little "X" in the tomato on the side opposite of the stem side.
Place the tomatoes stem side down in the pot and steam for 5 minutes.
Let them cool
Now the fun part!
Take the tomatoes and peel off the skin. It should come off very easily.
Now squeeze the tomatoes so all the seeds come out.
Cut the top part of the tomato where the stem was to remove the tough portion of the core.
Now you can place the meat of the tomato in a blender.
Blend for the tomatoes for about a minute of two until you see a smooth texture.
